Responsible for taking a product from concept to commercialization that involves marketing research, sales forecasting, and promotional planning
To conduct feasibility and manufacturability study for metro segment.
Develop an exhaustive strategy for present and future products. Also, executing strategies for market penetration for metros.
Responsible for develop new customers of Metro segments, supplier registration, homologation audit and getting approval for products.
Prepare plan, RFQ, Bid documents, Pricing strategy, CbC in consultation with the stakeholders including foreign partners
Responsible for contract execution of Metro orders till warranty services.
Coordination with all stakeholders internal or external for successfully executing the contract.
Responsible for determining customer segments, product categories, geographies, and channels that are primary targets for our products in metros.
Responsible for Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation
Should be comfortable in dealing with the govt. officials / Metro authorities, metro Car builder like Alstom Rotem, Bombardier, Talgo, CAF, BEML, CSSR etc.
Should be able to think as how to execute projects, able to do scope study, consortium proposal, and conducting pricing analysis to decide on pricing of the project.
Undertake branding activities for the ERP business - such as designing leaflets, participating in trade promotions to increase market awareness for our products in target markets
